1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from PromptVault (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at promptvault-ce3.madethis.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the store or make a purchase.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase a product from PromptVault (prompt packs, workflow kits, tool guides, etc.), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal use only. This license means:

• You may use the prompts and workflows in your own work and projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files publicly (including posting them on other platforms, websites, or group chats).
• You may not claim authorship of or repackage the original content for sale.
• The license is granted to a single purchaser and is non-transferable — it may not be passed to another person.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. Your card details are never stored on PromptVault servers.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation via a secure download link sent to your email and accessible from your account library. We are not responsible for failure to deliver caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout.

5. No Warranty

Our products are provided “as described.” We warrant that the files you download will materially match their product description at the time of purchase. Beyond that, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or that use of the prompts or workflows will produce specific outcomes. AI model outputs are inherently variable and we cannot guarantee results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromptVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or the store — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to purchased downloads if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:

• Violated the license terms (e.g., redistributed or resold our content).
• Initiated fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us.
• Engaged in abusive behavior toward our team or other customers.

Where legally required, we will provide reasonable notice before taking such action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content sold through PromptVault — including prompts, workflow structures, guides, and associated text — is the intellectual property of PromptVault or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the store shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those venues.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the store or email. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
