Refund Policy

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All products sold by PromptVault — including AI prompt packs, workflow kits, and tool guides — are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the full content of a digital product is accessible immediately after payment, all sales are final and non-refundable once a download has been made available or accessed.

We describe each product in detail — including what’s included, the format, and sample prompts — so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. Please review the product page carefully before completing checkout.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Corrupted files — the file you received is damaged and cannot be opened. You must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide a description of the error you encounter when opening the file.
• Non-delivery — you completed payment but never received a download link and the file is not accessible in your account library after 24 hours. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation email.
• Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.

We do not issue refunds for reasons such as: change of mind, the product not meeting subjective expectations, or AI model outputs not being to your liking (outputs are inherently variable and depend on how prompts are used).

How to Request a Refund

If your situation falls under one of the exceptions above, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date:

1. Email team@promptvault-ce3.madethis.app with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Order Number]”.
2. Include your order confirmation email, a description of the issue, and (for corrupted files) a screenshot or description of the error.
3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend access to your account and any purchased downloads. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out before contacting your bank.
